Space For Kidz is an educational application designed for Kherson Park, a space-themed recreational area in Kent, WA. The app integrates augmented reality features with physical play equipment within the park, aiming to enhance children’s understanding of space through interactive experiences.

In addition to AR interactions, the application provides a variety of educational content, including interactive 3D games and animated videos that promote engagement and learning about scientific concepts related to space.

To ensure accessibility, the app offers both text and audio instructions in multiple languages, accommodating diverse user needs.

Developed in collaboration with the Kent Downtown Partnership and Boeing, the initiative seeks to educate and inspire children in western Washington, encouraging their interest in STEM fields through innovative digital tools and experiential learning.
